Sorry Energy Service “Experts”/Spruce Energy are some god awful SOBs. We just got our bill in and they’re claiming we owe over 3x our monthly payment. We’re on autopay, and our bank statements show they’ve been taking our payments monthly. Called, sat on hold for almost two hours. Guy took my info and said someone will call back in 48-72 hours. I won’t hold my breath. With their F rating from BBB and pages of complaints against them, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit being set up yet.
